What Are the Startup Costs?

Startup Costs for Our Pizza Franchise Depending on the Model

Each of our Round Table Pizza concepts offer different investment levels based on the square footage and the cost of development in your local real estate market. We include a range of typical investment costs in three of our concepts in Item 7 of the most recent version of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). The investment range, which is required by the Federal Trade Commission, represents the lowest estimated cost as well as the highest estimated cost for each item listed.

For most investors, the real costs almost always fall somewhere in the middle.

These startup costs are discussed further in our Franchise Disclosure Document, which you will receive upon completion of our application. To get started, fill out the form at top right to download our free franchise report, and we’ll be in touch. Please review the three Item 7 charts below to get an idea of the initial investment for each of the three concepts included. Keep in mind that factors such as whether you choose to buy or lease the property can affect the final figures.
